Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed on January 26, 2022, found that Aveanna Healthcare, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure home health survey completed on November 8, 2021.
